Dear Forum Members,
Trying to automate a custom form that I made using the developer ribbon. I am unsure how to get this to all of the users. Instead of the standard appointment, I want to put this in its place. I want it to put the fields on the calendar in a format that I setup. Then I want a button at the bottom that saves it to calendar and a PDF of the filled in form to a predetermined folder that everyone has access to. Preferably file name by date and number it was saved during the day. The users have Outlook 2010 / 2007 on shared Exchange hosted by Microsoft. About 5 users. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
