Exchange 2013 ECP migration connects to crashed server

We had a working 2 server setup for Exchange 2013. One passive and one active server. Unfortunately they both crashed which resulted in the servers being deleted.

We have build a new duo with different names and are able to create a DAG and databases. All is good. Until we tried to migrate a test user. It did not work as the new active server tries to connect to the old passive server. Resulting in a error:

Cannot open mailbox /o=CompanyName/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Server s/cn=EX2013-MS2/cn=Microsoft System Attendant

EX2013-MS2 is the old passive server. How and where do we tell the ECP to connect to the new EX13-MS2 server?
