Outlook 2007 Contact Form Code Not Working

Thanks very much. This is what I did. I closed each IF line, and then opened up one of them, which then worked...and just opened up one at a time, then when I opened up one of them, then it was the error...and I found out that in the IF line, the comboBox number was not the number in the combobox in the contact form, and I changed it, and it works perfect again.

Thank so much for showing me how to go thru it.
