Booking meetings more than 180 days out

Hi how r u ? Last two week i am facing a problem in outlook that i mentioned bellow :

  1. A user uses outlook 2003, He cant see the (preparing to send and receive/receive mail 1 out of 3) this option .
  2. Why inbox item goes to search folder and how to move it from search folder to inbox .
Please help me as soon as possible .
