My Outlook Address Book only has 4 fields / Headings.

The first is called "Name"
I'd like it to show "Last Name" as it does in my "Contacts" folder.
But it doesn't.
It seems to show First & Second Names.
The next field "Display Name" shows First & Second Names AND the email address in the same Field / Heading.
It doesn't seem possible to Edit these nor add new fields.
Is this behavior normal.
Help please
