Out of memory when click History button

Hello all

I´ve installed BCM in Outlook, in a coreDuo machine with 4GB RAM.

EVERYTIME I enter on a contact details and click in the button HISTORY

(to see past e-mails, tasks and appointments - A feature that I need)

I got the followeing error:

"Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and

try again".

Don´t matter if outlook is the only program open... and has LOT of RAM

available to use... and the C: Drive has more than 60GB free

That error is just driving me crazy, because happen only in history

and there is no chance to see the past interactions with my contacts.

It seems many of us are in the same boat on the memory issue. I have 2gb of

memory free, plenty of hard rive space, a fast processor and recent software

load. Did you load Office Service Pack 2 ?
