Hey,




Of course I installed the Outlook Calendar and I have a couple of issue with it's impementation.




1. Although I appreciate the automatic sync feature from local outlook data store to the web, I wish that I could use only one Calendar to keep track of my appointments instead of having to check 3 calendars as I use a local pst file, plus the calendars from my two hotmail accounts.




So, is there a way to use one Calendar but have the information share amongst all my Hotmail accounts?




2. Before installing the Outlook Connector I sent items from my Hotmail accounts would logically end up in my local 'sent items' folder. Now however, sent items end up in the associated hotmail 'sent items' folder.




How do I have all my sent items end up in the local sent items folder.

So my issues with the Connector all stem from the fact that all Hotmail related files end up in there own folder associated with that Hotmail account. I need consolidation of my data. Any insight will be appreciated.

1. Do you have non-hotmail email accounts in outlook? If not, you can set one hotmail account as default for delivery and sending. New appointments will go into the hotmail calendar. (Copy the calendar from your pst to the hotmail calendar so you have old events too.)




This hotmail calendar can be shared with the other one, although unless there is reason you need two hotmail calendars, i would use just one for everything (and POP3 the second account.).




2. Unfortunately, when you use the connector, all sent items go into the accounts sent folder and it can't be changed. If you use POP3, they would go into the default pst's sent folder.
