No results when I SEARCH contacts under COMPANY NAME . . . .

In Outlook help you should be able to get search results under company name but my search is not returning any results unless I have actually put the company name in the <name> field of my contact.

Anyone can help?

I tried to access indexing options via the control panel and the window said indexing is not running.

P.S.

Oh and I just realised I am no longer using instant search and am now installing it again. I'll see what happens after that.
