Outlook 2007/2010 not downloading the OAB

Hi, I recently moved into this position and I am inheriting some issues.

Currently I'm trying to figure out why our Outlook 2007/2010 clients that run cached mode are not updating the OAB. From the looks of it, my OAB generation is running fine (couple warnings but nothing too serious). It looks like this issue has been happening for a very long time as some of the longer term people here do not have a lot of the current employes in their GAL.

I am far from an exchange expert so any advice would be great.

Current setup 50-60 employees, 1 Exchange 2007 server that is the CAS, and everyone is on Outlook 2007/2010.
