I work in sales for a start-up that wants me to use a web-based CRM so the CEO can track everything easily and it is stored safely. In the past Outlook was used but some disgruntled sales staff deleted everything before they stormed out. In order for the company to safeguard their contact data, they resorted to a web-based service so that progress could be followed and no data could be deleted.
Unfortunately this web-based service is so slow it materially affects productivity.
How can I make Outlook into a CRM system that builds a data-base of all activity that cannot be deleted by sales personnel and that can be shared/reviewed by my supervisors from their computers?
