Sharing Calendar for Only Scheduling

For work I use my company's Outlook Exchange Calendar.
Because I want to keep my personal content separate, I have my own Outlook 365 subscription.
Through the Calendar sharing, from either app I can see both calendars and while I can edit my personal from my work calendar, I cannot do the reverse, bu that's ok.

My problem is when colleagues schedule meetings and want to include me, they cannot see the blocked time on my personal calendar.





Is it possible to just share my free/busy time with my company Outlook so anyone in the company can properly schedule with me, without having to either share with individual users or expose any calendar details?
 
No, you can't share the Free/Busy time. Are you using Office 365 at work or an in-house exchange server? Office 365 business accounts have an option to add a gmail or outlook.com calendar in Settings > Calendar > Accounts.

If you aren't using office 365 email, the only way to have the personal F/B show up is by adding the events to your calendar. You can set the personal events as private or create placeholder appointments to block off time.
 
Thanks Diane and yes, I'm using Office 365 email. If I set this up as above, will my work colleagues see personal free/busy just by referencing my work email, or will they need to use my personal Office 365 email address?
