Outlook 2010 removes + from mobile numbers

Hi,i want to organize my business contacts in Outlook 2010(on Windows 7 Professional) and then synchronize them with my HTC Sensation. But when i enter mobile phone number in format +421900000000(+421 is international prefix for Slovakia) Outlook removes +(plus) sign from beginning of number(i need this format for my HTC). How can i set up Outlook to not remove + from numbers?

Go into Control panel, Phone and Modem options. Do you have it configured for that country? Try changing it to another country or changing your dialing rules to require the +. You could also try using the international free phone format. I'm not 100% sure it won't remove the + but it's an easy fix to try. You'll need to type the numbers in full, including the plus sign.
 
Thanks for advice, but i can`t insert + sign into the fields in "Phone and Modem options" dialog(I tried many countries but nothing)
 
Don't enter the + in that dialog, larry means you may need to enter it in the phone number field in contacts when you type in new numbers (if you use international free phone as your location).

It's hard to me to know wxactly what you need to change on this dialog since I'm in the us and can't verify what gives the desired results, but one or more of these dialog rules should help - it's in Control panel > Phone and Modem options > select the Area Code Rules tab then New...
