Calendar Pop-up Missing from Calendar Printing Dialogue

I recently was upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2010. It used to be that when I wanted to print a calendar, in the area that you select the start and end dates, that when you clicked into the date box a small calendar would pop up to select the dates from. This has disappeared, and now you must remember what dates you want to start and end and type in the dates (I usually print one month out in Calendar Details Style, say from one Wed to another Wed 4 weeks out). Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know if there is a fix that Microsoft has created for this? I've not found anything on any searches I've done. I now have to keep a little calendar on my desk, so that I can remember which dates to start and end.
 
As long as you know the start date you can type 4 weeks (or 4w) into the end field and it will do the end date for you. And you don't need the start date either - you can type natural language there too. I know week and w work - i haven't tried others.

Unlike other natural language fields, the date won't change when you tab out of the field, so you should use preview to verify the dates are correct.
