Outlook 2003 - 2 Users Receiving messages that are garbled

The DVD doesn't say, so I suppose it's 32 bit. The only thing that is noticeable in each circumstance is the users all have windows 7 and Office 2003. XP users with 2003 have had no issues.
 
You or the sender doesn't happen to be running office in parallels?
 
Oh well, it was worth a shot. :( I was trying to help a guy the other day and after several messages back and forth and none of the usual things worked, he finally mentioned parallels and mcafee on the windows instance. Apparently mcafee and parallels don't get along.

There are some minor issues with Outlook 2003 on Windows 7 - goofy, annoying things like taskbar buttons don't group right. I'm not aware of any corruption issues that are not related to addins.

The group emails having more than 1000 characters in the To address will be converted to garbled messages in outlook as HTML code with attachment in the body (mostly unreadable characters) . Microsoft has addressed this problem with a patch update in the link Description of the Outlook 2003 hotfix package: April 22, 2008 (before updating this patch, outlook 2003 should have SP3). Mostly this problem occurs in outlook 2003 or later under Windows 7 platform. The sample garbled email is given below.

I recently had the same issue with two clients using Outlook 2003 on a POP3 account. lIt was usually when they were receiving email from BCC users. I found this Microsoft Hot fix and it worked to clear up the issue. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
