Some how I inherited the task of creating new forms and uploading them to the organizational forms library. I have modified and corrected one particular set of forms many times, and occasionaly I have foudn issues with forms not retaining data inputted after they are sent. On particularly problematic cases where I have not been able to resolve these issues, I have had to resort to creating a new blank form (my assumption being there were traces of ghost code screwing up the behaviour that were not visible in the Outlook design forms GUI) from scratch and copying the working parts of the old forms back in. This time however, even that 'nuclear option' of starting from scratch has nto resolved the issue. I have a section of free text where users can input words which is always blank once sent and received. There is also a section with 8 check boxes which can be ticked by a user before sending, but are always blank on receipt. Can anyone suggest why this is failing continually now? Could it be a setting in my Outlook? The only thing I have started doing differently recently is using the right click / 'align..' and right click 'make the same size' options, but I am not sure thow they could be the culprits. This is probably something rudimenatary that I am missing, but at present I am stuck completely, so any advice would be gratefully received.
