Outlook 2003 won't send emails through one router, but will through another

Last week my domain, including my email account, was migrated to another server. Now my Outlook 2003 is able to receive but not send from our home office, but when I take the laptop into my web developer's office, it will receive and send properly!!! Anybody got any thoughts?

Did you make a new profile in Outlook?

Or... the office dns is messed up. I'd probably try doing an ipconfig /flushdns first.
