How do I move .vcs and .vcf files on to my new SSD from my old HDD

I have the .pst files moved over and working, but I do not have my calendar info or more importantly my contacts. How do I get those on my new SSD from the old HDD? I have the old HDD still in use in the computer more or less for storage. I did not export the contacts or calendar before I put the new OS on the new SSD, so exporting them in the traditional way is going to be more involved than I was hoping...

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
 
If you moved the pst files and the calendar and contacts were in the pst on the old drive, they are still in the pst files. Press Ctrl+6 to open the folder list. How many calendar and contacts folders do you have? Are your missing appointments and contacts in one of those pst files?
