Hi,

My manager and I share his mailbox and I would like to color categorize his e-mails (red=urgent etc), only he doesn't see the colors that I categorize the e-mails with (and vice versa). What can I do to make sure that he does see the colors on the e-mails?

Thank you in advance.

If you both have the same categories in the profile, he should see them. Categories are per user, so you need to add his categories to the shared folder on your system and the categories you are using for his mail need to be set up in his profile.
