I cannot sync my old outlook 2002 and the iphone 5. I follow all the instructions of the Microsoft, but it seems as if my outlook is not seen by the Itunes.

I have refurbished my outlook using the setup disc, but it does not help.

Everything works perfect when I use my old HTC with Windows Mobile.
 
It's likely an issue with iTunes not supporting Outlook 2002. The HTC used the mobile device sync center to sync, which can see old programs.

Is ActiveSync enabled on your Exchange server account? That would allow you to sync over the air, assuming that is the account you want to sync.
