"sometimes" cant send mail, we have to copy and paste the message and resend?

Hi all,

My name is Georgie, I have recently started a new job and am trying to fix a few annoying problems that have been persisting for a number of years (apparently). Can any one advice, or have had experience with the following please.

"sometimes" I/we cant send Email, we have to copy and paste the message and resend it after closing outlook.

your help would be more that grateful.

To add to this, we use Exchange 2007 and the users use Office/Outlook 2007-2010 and 2013.

Will it resend if you don't try to send it while viewing the outbox? Do messages fail to send if you look in the outbox?
