Hi,
I am trying to set-up an automatic response everytime I send a mail using Outlook 2003. I want a msgbox with 4 options - alternatively happy with a userform, which I am used to from excel - and when one of those options is chosen the wording is added to the bottom of the email below my autosig.
E.g. OPen mail, type out main body, click send, msgbox "Please Choose Mail Type", Options "Internal, External" and depending on the option the result will read "This Mail is Internal" below the autosig.
Pretty sure this is possible, and I am well used to vb in excel just never used in Outlook!!
Thanks for the help.................
