One of our people had two occassions where a room's status in a reservation was "None," neither Accepted nor Declined. The first time resulted in a double booking. The second one she contacted me and I confirmed that the room was booked for her. I opened the reservation in the room and accepted it, resulting in it being Accepted in her Meeting.
I am trying to find out what might cause a reservation to not return a response, i.e. show up as None in the tracking view. This has not happened since, but we want to make sure our scheduling is reliable.
Any explanations for this behavior are welcome, especially if there is a way to reproduce the issue and/or prevent them from occurring.
Thank you
