Meeting Time Changed to Central on calendar entries (not all)

I have a user (Outlook 2010/32-bit & Exchange mailbox), reporting that three of her meeting appointments had some how changed to Central Standard time. Other meeting times remained at Eastern.

Time Zone settings are correct on her workstation and she doesn't use a mobile device (ActiveSynch is disabled on her mailbox).

Could be the DST change over the weekend, but I would think that would've affected more than just three meetings??

Any other suggestions or clues?
 
According to the user, they hadn't changed anything, they just noticed the meeting times they had originally entered had been changed to Central time and it apparently also updated the new time for her recipient. This is not a sophisticated user and the Time Zone option does not appear by default in Outlook when setting up a meeting. She would have had to select the Time Zone option from the Ribbon to intentionally change it.

The only other new clue I discovered - she reported that she had updated her calendar via Outlook from our Citrix Remote desktop. This uses the same default Outlook client that is on her desktop. I checked the Citrix servers and all have Eastern as their default TZ.
