Sort messages by Sender domain

I followed create a mailbox dadtabase instructions. But the system cannot find a server on the first step which ask me to browse a server as database.
But i find my server name under hub transport, so my question is does that mean i cannot use one server under two roles?
and do i need my sever under hub transport? if not can i remove that and add it under the mailbox?

I added a macro that will get the domain of the first address on sent items to the end of the article.
