OL 2007 two inboxes and two send folders

Just installed Office 2007 on my new W10 drive and am finding my way around it.

I imported my profile from my Office 2010 (on another partition with W7) but have ended up with a somewhat confusing mail folder 'Tree' .

When I reply to some emails they sit on the bottom outbox and do not get sent, some go to the upper outbox and do get sent. I have set up my accounts as POP3 as I can combine my 3 accounts into one inbox. I did initially use auto set up which set up IMAP separate accounts, but I prefer one place for all emails so deleted them and manually set up POP3 accounts.

Please see my screenshot of my mail folders, I need to remove the upper inbox and the lower outbox. If not possible how should I import my old OL2010 .PST file into this OL2007 without duplicating the folders?

Ohps, selected 'Upload a File' but Browse does not do anything, so that's another problem to sort out.

Looks like I can. When I clicked Upload a File it opened my explorer folder.....

At the moment emails are arriving in the upper inbox which I suppose is correct as the lower inbox is my imported folder. I could copy from the upper to the lower but there has to be an easier way!!
 
Please see my screenshot of my Outlook PST folder below.

I have printed out the Tutorial "Moving Outlook to a New Computer" but Windows 10 seems a little different as the (%*****%\app***\M*S*\Outlook) does not seem to exist on Win 10 quick find.

As you will see I have 3 email accounts, one main and two subs. I would guess the large Outlook file shown is made up of the 3 accounts +?, I said it was a guess....

I think I need to start again and delete all my accounts and my profile. If this is the right thing to do what do I need to do? Delete all the 3 named and one large PST file? I have my 3 PST files copied onto a HDD as separate files to import again later once my problems are sorted.
Not sure what the 00000# numbers mean?

One thing I did not find was an NK2 file....

I am away Mon to Fri 21~25 the Sept and would like to sort this out on my return.
 
80+ visits but no replies, not good news :confused: and now not to sure how to continue...... Delete Outlook from Control Panel and re-install using the Tutorial "Moving Outlook to a New Computer". Or try deleting my email folders and re-importing them, Perhaps starting with a new profile and using my existing profile as an accessible archive? Any pointers would be very helpful as I would like to sort this out as soon as possible as the longer it goes on the worse it will get.
