Sending emails via Outlook XP, from Windows 10 File Explorer

Hello. I would like to be able to send emails (I am using Outlook XP) directly from File Explorer. I did have this functionality at one time.

I followed the steps in the "Tip 361: Sending Files From Windows Explorer" article, but it's still not working.

When I right-click a picture, for example, and select "Sent to" and "Mail recipient", the window to re-size the photograph comes up and when I select an option, nothing happens - no email window, no error displayed.

Is this fixable?
