I have a user that has created a meeting for 3:00 PM PST and one of two recipients to the invite see the correct time in the notification popup but not on their calendar. The time scheduled on their calendar is 10:30 AM PST. I've verified that their respective calendars time zones are correct, Windows time and time zone are the same and their iPhone's have Time Zone Override turned off.
