Hi everyone,

My inbox consists of many subfolders.
I only want to manual archive my emails.
Is there a way where I can have 1 Archive folder containing archives all my subfolders and periodically be able to archive emails in my subfolders?

Thanks

Thanks Diane, but every time I manually archive files, another pst file is created and another archive folder appears.
How can I perform that with the manual archive?

As long as you don't move the data file after archiving it should keep reusing it. If you do move it, you need to select the archive pst before running archive. It will (at least temporarily) add the data file to the profile.
