Can anyone recommend an Outlook plug in or other software which will work with outlook to archive emails to a folder on a file server. I have users who keeps exceeding the mailbox threshold because they use the mailbox as storage rather than deleteing or moving mail. They use Outlook 2010 set up as IMAP to a third party Email provier (1&1) Ideally it needs to be easy to do and easy to select different folders on the server to save the mail message to. It should also be viewable in windows explorer and open in Outlook or a built in viewer.
