Indexing Problems Outlook 365

Outlook 2016 32 bit
Email Account
Exchange Server
I have tried to re-index outlook several times and failed. Particularly problematic is Contacts. It seems that Mail is indexed OK in the Inboxes, but not the PSTs too. I have several emails handled by Outlook, including Exchange, 363 and Outlook.com. Is there an instruction sheet that can walk me through the correct way to reindex?
 
is the pst enabled for indexing? In search tools, locations to search, is the pst listed?

Hi Dianne,

Thank you so much for getting back to me. I didn't find your screenshot. Here is what I have for searches, including under Indexing Options:
