tl;dr
In case I get a second email in a conversation from the same person before I replied, I would like to color it pink and make the font bigger so I know I need to reply to it.
Any recommendation on how to do it?
Background
We have a bad email culture at work, everyone CCs managers, sends emails where it should be a phone call, follows up on a ticket update with another email etc.
This causes an influx in email and I can't handle replying to all of them, this causes me to sometimes miss emails that might be directed to me.
I want to create an "alert" mechanism when someone sends an email, and then sends another email on the same conversation (same subject) before someone else replied, indicating that this person is in "distress" and no one is replying to him.
Where I am looking for assistance
For this I thought to have (1)a rule run on every incoming email executing a script (2)that searches it's conversation (3)to see if the previous email was from the same sender and (4)if so add a color indicator (similar to conditional formatting).
This is the first time I am using scripts in outlook and I wanted to ask:
~Many thanks will be shared with anyone so kind to help~

- Is there a place that has the documentation for the different objects in outlook (similar to google scripts API documentation)
- Did anyone do something similar in the past and can share a code snippet?
