Back in Sept. 2024, I posted the following on their feedback site
I went through all seven pages of the roadmap, and there was no mention of fixing the Rules and Rules Management. I'm open to any suggestions for a third-party alternative.

"Important features missing in new Outlook"
Lack of PST support is a complete dealbreaker for me., Rules and Riules Management seem stuck in 1990. This features needs a serious upgrade, including a visual editor, rules that incliude other rules. SPAM control needs AI tools, since the sane message is sent out with slight variatiuons and spammers constantly change IDs and mail accounts A mail ID with 10-20 digital should by itself be marked spam. Also, I don't want all my Outlook files stored in the cloud. I don't always have internet access (e.g. on planes, in buildings wihere I can't get WiFi,)
It took MS seven months to reply, and here is what they said
