Just posted on the Microsoft Technet blog about the BCM licensing issue for single users. Another example that would indicate that Microsoft are really only interested in the corporate users.


As other contributors noted, very few if any issues raised on the Technet blog had been responded to.


Brings to mind the attitude that IBM developed, prior to losing their dominance of the industry ....
 
Yeah, BCM licensing sucks. They really need to make it available for anyone who asks.




There were a lot of support issues caused by people getting it in a suite and installing everything, whether they planned to use it or not - just because it came with the suite "they paid big money for". so MS pulled BCM from the retail suite... which doesn't help the small businesses who need it. I'm hoping for availablity by request - so anyone who wants it can get it while keeping it out of the hands of people who don't need it.
