Hello

I just downloaded a trial version of Outlook 2010. When I want to email a page that I am working on (word doc or a spreadsheet), I noticed that I can no longer send "current page". I am only able to send the page as an attachment. I am using Office 2003. Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance

Are you using word and excel 2010 too? The send page features require the same version.

If you mean "word mail" - where you can bring up the email fields in the spreadsheet or in word, you need to add the send to button to the ribbon.

In each application, go to file, options, customize ribbon or quick access toolbar - under commands not in the ribbon, look for Send to Mail Recipient and add it to the QAT or Ribbon.

Thank you Diane,

No I am using Office 2003 so I presume that the "send page as message body" will not work until I upgrade to Office 2010.

Correct, you need to use all apps from the same version for that to work.
