2007 Outlook not sending emails still

I have Windows 7 and Outlook 7 and my emails will not go out when I am away from my office. We do not have a server at my office, just a wireless router. I use a 1&1 outgoing mail server. It was working fine until April when I was out of town. One day it was fine, the next day it was not.

I have tried different outgoing mail servers (Comcast, Gmail) and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
