Why is it when I'm in the Calendar's Day/Week/Month view, and I want to check an entry backwards from the current day and date, I do not always see the previous Calendar entries unless, I drop out of Calendar, switch to say Mail or Contacts, and then go back to Calendar Day/Week/Month and then am able to see my Calendar diary entries? Using Ctrl+G, presents no problems. It's only when using the scroll back button that this happens. Any help appreciated.

It sounds like a screen redraw issue. You should verify you have the latest video card driver - an outdated driver can cause screen redraw problems.

Thank you, Diane. Already have the very latest drivers for every piece of hardware. It does not happen all the time, just every 3rd scroll back or so, so I don't think it would be a redraw issue.
 
It shouldn't be a "network" issue since you are using POP3 - everything is local. You could try resetting the view, although I don't think its that either.

Does it only happen when you move really fast? Maybe outlook just can't keep up. <g>

I'm afraid you were right after all, Diane. I must have had corrupted drivers, because when I did a thorough clean-up including a Registry clean-out, and installed brand new drivers, problem solved. Thanks for that tip.
