moving outlook 2002 from xp to win 7 or 8

I am running outlook 2002 on xp, and I assume the outlook came with the OS. I am finally considering W7 or W8. Question: I don't see an outlook disk in my box. Is there some way of moving OL to the new computer or will it come with the operating system or do I have to buy a new copy?
