Is there a way (add in or something) to set up emails(Set up different types od emails) for different calendar Holidays, ceremonies and etc to be send to group of people filtered by country/region or category.

Thanks in anticipation for your time and effort.

Thank you for your prompt reply, actually I considered that but it just can handle one date for 1 person( if I'm wrong correct me please), for example: I want to send greeting cards at different occasion like xms, 4th of july, thanks giving it just can be presetted for 1 occasion.

While it can handle one automatic date per person (two, if you use anniversary too), you can use either method with other dates. Using the birthday example, if you are creating a bunch of greetings for some holiday, replace this line: objMsg.DeferredDeliveryTime = bday with a hard date like this: objMsg.DeferredDeliveryTime = "#11/22/2012#" (that is for US thanksgiving)

Thank you for your kind solution, I will check it and let you know.

Well, It's good for one or two anniversary

What I'm looking for, is something to handle more contacts.

If there was a possibility to select contacts through their category, it would be more better, because at the moment I have 250 contacts and over 150 ceremonies and anniversaries due to their region and country! Imagine how many macros should I write? after that by adding someone new I have to create macros for him either.

I think its more than a macro

Have you seen some sort of add-in for my request?

I don't have a macro and don't know of an addin but you have two options:

Mail merge. This is probably the best method to send greeting to a bunch of contacts for a specific holiday (Christmas etc). If you want to prepare it to send later, see Add attachments and set email fields during a mail merge to email - Slipstick Systems for a method to set any mail field on send. This will not use contact fields, like b-day.

You could use a For...next loop to pick up selected contacts. Basically write your own mail merge. I have a deadline to meet today - but when i get a chance, I'll look at this.
