We just switched over from Lotus Notes to Exchange and branding is very important to management. In Lotus notes, we used to be able to assign the company logo to the header of every email. Can this be done in Outlook? Thanks in advance.
Like a letterhead? You can create stationery with the logo in it and use it for new messages.
some people try to use the signature feature to add a letterhead then type in between the letterhead and signature. I do not recommend doing this - use stationery for new mail and a logo in the signature for replies and forward. When you try typing in the signature area, spell check won't work and changing the signature wipes out all content you typed.
Thanks for the quick reply Diane. Yes, it's like a letterhead. I created a quick stationery as a test but when you try to print it, my name shows on top of the message then a line under it, then all the other header info (subject, from, to, etc.) and then the Logo in the stationery. It would be great if we could put the Logo around where the name of the user shows, further on top of the message. Can this be done?
