Outlook 2007 and Live Calendar Stopped Synching

I am running Outlook 2007 with Windows 7, a Windows 8 phone and hotmail connector. A very simple setup which has been working fine. Suddenly, any new appointments that I enter in my Windows phone no longer show up on my Outlook calendar on my office PC. When I log into my live.com calendar they are there, but they no longer synch to the Outlook calendar. I haven't changed or added anything new. Any help would be appreciated. I am a solo practice lawyer and the synching of the devices is essential to me.

If you edit them online, do they sync down? I had some that wouldn't sync up from outlook until I edited them - it might work for sync down. I know there are issues with contacts not syncing but was not aware of any issues with appointments.

Thanks for the response Diane. Yes, after I went to the live.com calendar and did some "editing", essentially opened up each appointment and closed it, they synched to Outlook. Interestingly enough, this morning when I input several new appointments in my Windows Phone in court, they had all properly synched to Outlook by the time I was back in the office. I'm not sure what is going on here. I rely on the process of entering the appointments in my Windows phone while in court. But I cannot figure out where to look for the problem.

Changes should sync from the phone to outlook.com to outlook within seconds or minutes.

It's possible 1 appt was holding up the sync process and you fixed it so they all sync now.

Thanks again Diane, it appears to be working again. I'll see how it works for the rest of the work week.
