Hyperlinks are not working in Outlook 2013

Hello together,

at home, I work with Outlook 2013.

Recently, Outlook says „Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk.“ when I click on an Hyperlink in an E-Mail.

Microsoft provides a hotfix (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310049/en-us), but the hotfix doesn't takes effect. Weblinks can't be opened.

Is there another solution to get the links to be opened in a web browser?
