Outlook 2007 SPE MSO (12.0.6607.1000)
Our department directors are invited to many meetings via Outlook meeting requests. They receive meeting requests where they are required attendees and others where they are optional attendees.
Is there a way to "format" meeting requests so when the director looks at their OL calendar they can tell which meetings are which (required or optional)?
I used the Automatic Formatting for a calendar entry but it only changed the format on my meeting request not the meeting requests for the attendees.
