I've Outlook 2013 set up 'to show as conversation' as I find this easier to show the context of emails between myself / recipient over a period of time.
Am I correct in saying that once the Subject box, in any email sent between myself and a recipient, is changed it wont be included in the original conversation thread? It effectively now becomes a 'new' conversation thread?
eg let's say we've been sending each other emails backwards and forwards for weeks about "Outlook" [the title of and only word in the Subject box] and on one occasion I change the Subject box to "Outlook - more thoughts", my experience is that the original thread has now been broken ie my last email is now longer included in the original thread & we've effectively started a new one! Surely this cant be the case?!
Have missed something?
