Outlook 2007 Date/Time Filed

Per your help, I know have all the fields words and dates etc, and I title over each one, that shows up from the contact for the calendar event in the note field of the calendar event, and it shows up on my iphone which is great! But, if there is no date in a date field, then the word "None" shows up and that shows up on the Calendar Event note field. So is there a way to change the display of the a date/time field in a contact form, so the word "None" does not show up oif there is not date put in. That would also be great from the Smart Women!!!:):):)
 
The If statement works in many places but if the Word None is in the date field it does not recognize it as blank. Can you show how to change the If line that if the word None is in the field, it is not an authorized word to show from the If line? So the normal If line for the date field with the exception of the word None. That would solve it.
 
Update re the If line so the word None is not authorized per what I said above?
 
Any possible update today to change the If lines so the word None is in the date field of the contact, that field does not show up in the calendar event note area as if there was nothing in the that field?

Did you try it with None as the value?

Not sure where this comes from....as I am not the Smart Woman!!! But I did it and it works perfectly!!!! Thanks so so much!!;)
