Hi all,
I'm asking on behalf of a team member who recently had to uninstall and reinstall Office 2010 to their computer. Google searches have been fruitless.
Per my team member, they have their inbox set to display in Conversations View. Prior to the new install, a conversation thread would automatically move to the top when new activity occurred. This team member was able to manage their tasks that way -- the oldest active conversation would always appear at the bottom of his inbox listing, so he knew which conversations to revisit.
Conversation View is working properly. The messages are grouping together, but is not reacting how my team member is used to and I'm not sure how to replicate what he's looking for.
For clarification:In it's current state -- John Smith sent an e-mail 4 days ago and my team member replies today. John Smith's Conversation remains in the same position in the inbox, despite the fact that new activity has occurred.
What my team member is looking for: Let's say John Smith sent an e-mail 4 days ago, and my team member replies today. John Smith's e-mail would go to the TOP of the inbox listing to indicate it had just seen some kind of activity - a new message received or sent.
Thank you in advance for your expertise!
Thanks,
Joe
