Rules dont work

Hi,

I have set up using the rules wizard, rules to delete or move specific emails, but they still appear in my inbox, and even when I run manually, they are still there.

Worst offenders are from emails headed 'NatWest' when I haven't even got an account with them.

Followed all the instructions, but they keep on coming.
