How to send to spam/delete emails with specific heading?

I keep getting emails from PayPal saying "your funds are now available" and I want to send them to spam/delete so how do I get outlook to automatically delete emails with a specific heading?

Right click on the message and choose Junk > add to block senders. if you want to block the entire domain, you need to add it to the blocked list manually (or edit the entry after adding it from the right click)
Junk mail button > Junk options.
