Oultlook 2007 Signature back ups

I don't know what program did this but it was awhile ago. I now have a folder called Signatures and in it there are 3 files for each signature. I want to read the whole signature. Here is an example of what I have:

I came real close to seeing Elvi_files
->coloeschememapping.xml
->filelist.xml
->themedata.thmx

None of these files have the rest of the text I need to see if I want to restore it. I can't even open the last one. Help?
 
those are theme files. The actual signature files should all be in the Signatures folder - C:\Users\Diane\username\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures - 3 each: one text, one rtf, and 1 html, plus 1 folder for the theme files (and any images that are part of the sig).
 
I spoke too soon. In the above folder, I see 2 .xml files and a .thmx file. I thought I'd found it before but now I'm not so sure. Help? What am I doing wrong?[DOUBLEPOST=1409125217][/DOUBLEPOST]here's what I found:

The 3 signature files should be in the roaming\Microsoft\signatures\ folder. The related folder holds theme information - if you add a picture to a signature it will be in that folder too.

This is what it should look like - 3 signature files plus the _files folder, which is pretty much useless but it's how Windows/Office handles HTML files. (See http://www.outlook-tips.net/how-to/save-message-as-html/ for a possible solution - I haven't tried it yet in Windows 8, but will.)

You can safely delete the folders as long as you are using images in your signatures.
