I have moved a client onto hosted exchange so that they can better manage the contacts within the business.
They have a lot of people moving inbetween locations and having the contacts split into folders will help with out of sync data issues.
I have set up the contact folders and added in the contacts at my office and as it's a hosted exchange service they should sync over to the clients desktops. However only part of this is happening, the contacts and the folders are syncing however when going into address book the folders are not showing.
Can any shed some light on this?
