AutoArchive exchange folder to exchange folder

We are moving from onsite exchange server with 250MB storage to O365 with 1GB so I want to leave more on the server than before. However, I sync my phone to my account and don't want my entire inbox synced so I wanted to use autoarchive to move items over 30 days old from Inbox to a secondary inbox folder I created on the server. I went to setup autoarchive and it only lists delete and .pst options. How can I use something automatic to move my messages from one exchange folder to another based on time? I looked at rules as well, but they seem to only work on messages as they arrive.

Exchange doesn't offer that open. You could use a rule or use the new Archive button to file mail as you are finished with it. Another option is a 3rd party utility or a macro. Running Rules on messages after you read them
